the location is quite good for seeing the sights. every place of interest is within walking distance.

the room felt a little tired. the soundproofing was not good, so i often heard other guests in the corridor. some of the furniture looked worn. certain items needed replacement as they was old and dirty.

The reception staff was very kind. I asked to change rooms upon arrival, and Jose accommodated me. Hisham at the reception provided a dental kit when I forgot my toothpaste. The breakfast was excellent. A large selection of foods was constantly replenished.

The bathroom was clean but very stinky. The stink came from the sink and bath pipes. The orange juice was very watery. It seemed like it had 70% water added.

Staff changed towels and bed linen every day. Soap was also replenished daily. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. If you need an umbrella, you can get it there.

The location is perfect. Next to the metro station. It offers a direct line to the train station. It is easy to access different buses and shops from the hotel.

The breakfast was really nice, and there were pleasant staff members. The movable hairdryer in the room was awesome. The wooden keys to the rooms were also a nice touch. WiFi access was good.

The staff was very cute and helpful . I found the breakfast offered a nice selection of options including espresso coffee. Public transport was easily accessible.. plus there were many nearby shops.

My room was a bit dated. Some of the plugs didn't work and the lighting was quite bright. I found the bed to be too hard for my liking.

the location was convenient, a short walk to the central station. the staff was helpful and friendly. i found the room very comfortable. breakfast offered enough variety to start the day well.

the carpet was quite old and worn, showing its age. i think updating the carpeting would make a big difference.

My stay wasn't great. the staff weren't friendly, not even acknowledging guests at breakfast or when passing reception. the room felt old. There were some stains on the walls (they looked like old blood!), and the bedding needed a good clean. the tiny lift barely fit three people. I recommend the stairs if you can manage it.
